Each item of clothing is handmade to order in England. I use custom printed Squish (92% polyester, 8% Elastane) for the body, and cuffs and neckbands are made in co-ordinating high quality Cotton Lycra (95/5), in your choice of colour. Seams are sewn up using an overlocker, with a beautiful rainbow thread, so the inside of your items look almost as pretty as the outside! Each item is finished with a seam tag on the outside seam, and care and size labels inside.

The best way to ensure an accurate fit is to go by measurements, rather than shop bought sizing. If you find that you are between sizes and are unsure which to order, please send me an email to katie@foxandbobbin.co.uk to discuss. It’s likely that I will be able to advise on a certain size based on your measurements. Most Fox & Bobbin clothing is made in either stretchy fabric, or designed to be relaxed fit, so sizing issues are usually easy to solve. In cases where there may be a discrepancy of more than a couple of sizes, I am happy to custom draft patterns to fit, please just ask!**

PLEASE NOTE: the scale of the print is the same on every item of clothing, however, it may appear differently in the photos above, depending on the size of the item(s) you order.

Measuring for Baby/Childrens Clothing
Chest: Measure under the armpits, around the fullest part of the chest
Waist: Measure around the smallest part of the waist, usually close to the belly button
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips, around the bottom. If your child usually wears a nappy (cloth or disposable), measure with the nappy on.

Laundering
Turn inside out and wash with your regular washing at up to 40 degrees (recommended 30). Wash with similar colours. To help longevity of clothing, air drying is recommended. If that’s not possible, tumble dry on a low heat. Iron on a low to medium heat if needed.
